Jesus Christ, the son of Godfather in heaven, believed that we should love others just like you would like to be loved, meaning we should treat others the way you want to be treated.
We must all treat each other with kindness, respect, and empathy.
Kindness is being generous, considerate, unselfish, and friendly toward others, anything from displaying small gestures such as opening a door for someone or complimenting others to bigger gestures that involve going above and beyond to help others, such as offering a helping hand to those that need help without them asking you. I've seen others ask others that are mentally disoriented or mentally disabled on the street if they're ok and gave them bottles of water or food to help them get back on their feet. An act of kindness goes a long way, which can have a big positive impact on others.
Respect means treating others with consideration and kindness and also being open-minded to others by respecting their beliefs and opinions despite their differences. Having respect for others involve taking others' feelings into consideration, actively listening to others, and setting and respecting others' personal boundaries. Being respectful also means being polite to others by not interrupting or disturbing them when others are talking or need quiet time to themselves. In order to be respectful to others, we must be humble and not be arrogant by not yelling at others or taking out our anger or stress on others. We must be kind to others and show understanding to them.
Empathy involves being in another person's shoes and understanding how the person sees the world from his or her eyes. Empathy involves showing more caring for others, which helps improve relationships, communication, and understanding with others. It also reduces conflicts and misunderstandings. Empathy is actually a strength, not a weakness, because a lot of people lack empathy in this world. Without empathy, there will be a lot of conflicts in this world. That's why you hear there are wars in this world or there are others fighting with each other over family issues, workplace problems, and other personal issues. Having empathy helps make the world a better place for everyone.
We must love our Lord Jesus Christ with all of our hearts and pray for others in order to help heal others, which will help heal ourselves.
I pray to Jesus Christ that everyone will treat others with kindness, respect, and empathy.
